Diversity, equity & inclusion

Our mission is to change the literal and figurative face of the wine industry. We’re working on achieving this through our recruitment, training and development processes; mentorship and reverse mentorship programs; sponsorship of and participation in various diversity-focused non-profits; and continued education on DEI within and beyond our industry. Check out some of our projects, collabs and inspo:

climate crisis action

None of what we love (wine) and do (sell it) will matter if we don’t have a planet that can sustain grape-growing or winemaking. To combat our climate emergency and preserve crucial biodiversity and planet health, we are actively pursuing carbon neutral certification, promoting wine packaging alternatives and improved waste solutions, and spearheading consumer as well as industry education. Dig into some of what we’re digging on:

Broad-Scale Sustainability

Sustainability means the ability of our business, our industry as a whole, and ourselves as individuals to carry on and healthfully succeed. We strive for this on physical, mental, emotional, social, financial and environmental fronts by offering employee resources and education, by participating in sustainability forums, and by practicing brave, transparent and vulnerable leadership on all six aforementioned fronts. See who guides us:

As leaders in these spaces, we’re committed to constantly re-evaluating our progress, where we’ve come from and where we still need to grow. We are privileged to exist in the rarified world of wine, to have the tools and resources and abilities to put in this work. We have made so many mistakes; we will continue to make them; we will continue to accept our responsibility; we will continue to learn from those mistakes; we will continue to set high standards for ourselves while simultaneously giving ourselves and others grace and compassion—wherever they are at in their unique journey. Welcome to the party. Thanks for your bravery and vulnerability. Onward and upward!
